  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to locations across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

If delivery is unavailable in your area, our customer support team will contact you to discuss available options.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities and Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

We may occasionally offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders that meet a minimum purchase amount.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations within Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (where available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details provided during checkout.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
