1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, accessories, and invoices are included.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or worn products.

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products that have been opened or used.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable solution.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or your preferred digital payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect products.

  • Damaged or defective items.

  • Size exchanges (subject to stock availability).

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
